CareLink is a regional hospital network committed to delivering compassionate, accessible, and high-quality healthcare services to the community. Project Overview

The goal was to design a logo that embodies CareLink’s dedication to compassionate care, accessibility, and trust. The logo needed to resonate with a diverse audience, including patients, families, and healthcare professionals, while reinforcing CareLink’s identity as a connected, community-focused healthcare network. The design required a balance of approachability and professionalism to reflect CareLink’s vision of linking people to quality care.


Logo Concept and Design Process

1. Concept Exploration

Our brainstorming process focused on creating a design that conveyed both care and connection. Initial ideas incorporated medical symbols, interconnected shapes, and heart motifs to represent CareLink’s networked approach to compassionate healthcare. The objective was to integrate these themes seamlessly into the design.

2. Refinement: Emphasizing Connection

We refined the concepts by focusing on visually connecting the words “Care” and “Link” with a shared heart symbol. This direction highlighted CareLink’s mission to link compassion and care. Placing the heart symbol between “Care” and “Link” created a visual bridge, symbolizing the unity and collaboration within the network to support patient well-being.

3. Final Design

The final logo features a clean, modern wordmark with a heart symbol connecting “Care” and “Link.” This subtle yet impactful element underscores the network’s dedication to compassionate, connected care.

  • The heart symbol represents both compassion and connection, visually and symbolically bridging the two words.
  • A navy blue and teal green color palette was selected:
    • Navy blue conveys stability, trust, and professionalism.
    • Teal green symbolizes health, healing, and approachability, creating a warm, credible identity.
  • The tagline, “Compassion In Every Connection,” reinforces the brand’s mission of empathy-driven care.
